I have attended Maks’ Jazz dance company for over 6 years and he has created a class that feels like family, that has made me, and many others, return week after week. I have learnt so much; Maks pushes us all to be the best dancers we can be, with creative and varied choreography and rigorous exercises, but we always have the best time. I have fantastic memories of shows over the years, thanks to Maks and Elisha, the energy and fun they bring to shows and classes and the wonderful environment they create for everyone who joins. When I started taking dance classes in 2016, despite already in my late 20s, I did not just do it for fun, but wanted to be treated as if I still had full potential to learn and develop various dance techniques. And that’s what I have gained from Maks’ classes. He knew how to motivate me, and to help me achieve what I could not believe. His classes are always full of fun and energy, and he goes above and beyond to give a lot of attention to every student, and create an amazingly positive vibe in class. Over the years I have taken Maks’ jazz and ballet classes from beginner to advanced level, as well as several fitness classes such as flexibility, barre fit and gymnastics.
