After a fulfilling 42-year career in the medical profession, Gail Hillier sought a new path that would continue to challenge and engage her. Pilates became that passion. Having practiced Pilates for several years, she personally experienced the transformative benefits—helping her stay fit, flexible, relaxed, and mentally positive, even after undergoing multiple skeletal surgeries.

To deepen her understanding and share these benefits with others, Gail trained with the Body Control Pilates Association. For the past 14 years, she has been leading Pilates classes in the Wimborne and Broadstone areas.
